THE MAIN EVENT of the Gala evening of June 7 was the induction of Michael Lee-Chin, executive chairman of Burlington-based AIC Financial, into Burlington’s Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame.  Chin is a well-known philanthropist and has given large donations to McMaster University, Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital and Toronto’s Royal Ontario Museum, and many other causes. Olympian speed skater Catriona Le May Doan was the guest speaker for the evening, which was hosted by the BEDC. (l. to r.)
